Parker drafted to Vancouver Whitecaps
PHILEDELPHIA, PA – It’s official. Tim Parker joins the Vancouver Whitecaps from the 2015 MLS Superdraft. Parker formerly center back at the Brooklyn Italians attended St John’s University and played for Dr. Dave Masur’s Red Storm. Parker at 6’3” was a huge part of the Italians defense this past season.
Parker was on the pitch for the full 90 minutes against the NY Cosmos in the US Open Cup game. Prior to heading out to the MLS Draft, Brooklyn Italians Director of Coaching Dominic Casciato trained Parker to make sure he was 100% ready to go to the MLS Combine.
